Novos mapas no servidor

Foram adicionados ao cycle os seguintes mapas:

ut4_kingdom_rc5, ut4_twins, ut4_denton, ut4_filtration.

e os seguintes mapas foram removidos:

ut4_kingdom, ut4_mandolin, ut4_elgin, ut4_suburbs.
